Leak Down Results:
Standard compression 142-171 psi, any difference in compression between cylinders should be no more than 7psi.
Cyl 1 - 125
Cyl 2 - 125
Cyl 3 - 120
Cyl 4 - 100
Inspected spark plugs and found evidence of coolant burning. Coolants pressure test found to lose 20psi over 5 mins of sitting, not holding pressure.
Suspect head gasket leaking.
My car has been doing this for over a year now but never thought anything of it until it started eating oil in the last 10,000kms.
The cause is most likely that the boost is just too high for standard head studs.
