Drove it to shops. Went to drive home. Wouldn't start. Push started it and got home, tried again, nothing.
Checked the battery after some expert advice from my qld bretheran. She dead.
Checked the stamp on the battery......... 2004

Sure, we dont have to worry about viking raids or scurvy anymore, but instead we make a daily routine of sitting in flimsy, fibreglass (or metal) boxes full of gasoline which are propelled in opposing directions on the freeway at velocities matching that of low flying aircraft.
This is a roundabout way of saying that cars are dangerous....

Pulled the whole interior even dash out of my corsa c sri, started on some of the mods for the car and prepped the engine and gearbox ready for paint
vert: cf wrapped boot strip, put on chrome grill. finished prepping rear bar for paint.
