Got another crank pulley for the GSi, bolted it all back up and now the fan doesn't want to work. Probably doesn't help that I'm thinking the timing belt may be a tooth or two out. It runs okay, but it's hunting a lot at idle and occasionally stalls.

Given the problems I'm having with sorting the brother's Combo out (thermo fan issue), I'm tempted just to rip the ECU and engine wiring out of the GSi and set the VEMS ECU up on it, which I'm planning on doing if I am going turbo with it anyway.

yep, pads bedding in (or possibly will keep doing it)
