Tried to get the wagon running last weekend, almost there, but the timing is out. Sounded like it wanted to fire, but just wouldn't. I suspect I've somehow got the intake and exhaust cams around the wrong way. Don't ask me how, but I've been pretty much left this car in bits and have been flying blind in reassembling everything.
Cleaned the new calipers for the GSi, will paint them this weekend. Haven't touched or driven the GSi all week, as I didn't get hold of the parts last weekend like I was going to and I'm not trusting of the crank pulley like it is.
Got my iLoad back, complete with new Exedy clutch and single mass flywheel conversion. Cost me $2260, but worth it as I can at least go about my job not having to worry about something else packing up.
ordered new brakes
Replaced two dead number plate lights, and this

It has been obvious that it had been leaking for quite some time. Substantial oil around the starter motor and everywhere else. What a bitch the top bolt is!!!
But all fixed now! Never been so dirty working on a car!
Thanks guy for the advice!
