Sidelights (angel eye rings) on delay installed. Very cool
Thursday:
- Got all suspension bushes pushed out
- Put in all new Poly bushes (inc Castor kit)
- Tightened handbrake at hub
- Got a pro setup done (for free!!!)
Friday:
- Stripped out car
- Swapped to track wheels
- Got rid of reverse lockout (by way of removable pin in the shifter column)
- Got rid of handbrake ratchet (by way of removable pin through the handbrake)
Today:
- Washed it
- Put in half tank of fuel (plus whole can of octane booster)
- Got it scrutineered (passed!)
- Had motorkhana practise
- Readjusted handbrake at hub.
Tomoro:
- Race in the Australian Motorkhana Championship
- Place (hopefully)
If any west aussies are bored come out and watch at RAC driving centre, driving will start 10am and go til 2 or 3ish probably.

Removed all evidence of Holden from it apart from the steering wheel, bought an iso harness, ripped old stereo out, made sure wires in ISO would fit the STD loom, removed clips from the side of old stereo, sat old stereo back in until new one arrives
Sure, we dont have to worry about viking raids or scurvy anymore, but instead we make a daily routine of sitting in flimsy, fibreglass (or metal) boxes full of gasoline which are propelled in opposing directions on the freeway at velocities matching that of low flying aircraft.
This is a roundabout way of saying that cars are dangerous....
Washed it, also clay barred, polished and waxed the roof and bonnet again. Rest of the car is gagging for it but just didn't have the time today
