performed a "backup" of the VXMMI software........
Sure, we dont have to worry about viking raids or scurvy anymore, but instead we make a daily routine of sitting in flimsy, fibreglass (or metal) boxes full of gasoline which are propelled in opposing directions on the freeway at velocities matching that of low flying aircraft.

This is a roundabout way of saying that cars are dangerous....

Ran out of petrol on the motorway. S'funny that a supposedly 60L (or maybe 62L?) tank in a Vectra "ran out" after only 54.7L used (maybe it was something to do with going uphill at the time?, but I got lucky in one way - I coasted it down an off ramp, around a roundabout, and finally stopped about 100m away from two petrol stations...

put the standard shocks in with eibach springs, in comparison to my old suspension the ride is awful and the handling is really really bad...

fingers crossed my new springs and clutch arrive in time for the exe track day, but it's not looking good...

What have you done to your car today?

Put in H&R coilovers and compared to the old worn standard shocks and eibach springs the ride is good and the handling is really really good...
