Just got a call to say inlet manifold is on and they are very impressed with the design.

All parts are on and is going in for a retune today so wont get it back till tomorrow

ps. my mechanic told me that the radiator hose and side tank needed replacing and had to pull the radiator out to do that (not the coolant tank) Anyone heard of this? Im a little confused...

i think its the overflow bottle, i said is it the header tank and he said no it sits next to the radiator and its rusted and the hose it split. New hose is $35.

Anyone got pics of a z20let radiator? Whats around it that needs pulling out?

Sounds like the end tank on the radiator, although I thought they were plastic. Maybe it's where it joins up. I've got the schematics for the PWR Astra G radiator if that helps, but it shows metal end tanks which are used because of the above problem.
