How easy is it to dent the Pug.

I find some car's panel very thin?

Nah, its on those ridges so actually quite strong. The 4008 isn't too bad, shares most panels with the Mitsu asx. The panels i do find to dent easy are those on the Mazda 3.

Little bit shorter now, still need to weld in the tow hitch but it ends up 175mm shorter and 100mm further up. Should stop the embarrassing drag it's bum down the drop off the 80 is prone to! If the bodywork cops any damage it'll get cut off and plated up to the bottom of the tail lights.

All finished, and bonnet sprayed in bed armour because it had a nasty sunburn and I have a habit of walking on it to get to the gear on the roofrack.

Reset SII on dashboard, replaced missing thermo fan cowl shroud Torx head anchor bolt to radiator frame, made new magnetic sump plug utilising neodymium cylindrical magnet, removed headlining mounted courtesy light array and replaced blown main 18W festoon globe with 16 x CoB LED light replacement instead.

Can't believe the cheap quality construction of that headlining courtesy light assembly. So cheap & nasty. Nothing soldered, nothing insulated. Just all clip together strips of exposed copper sheet to provide the power and then a massively hot 18W filament globe to melt the plastic all around when the globe holders break their mounts! Just as well there's no sound deadening insulation in the roof space otherwise the whole car would burn to the ground in no time. 16 LEDs on a board make a massive difference to interior lighting compared to the 18W festoon. It's like a supernova inside the car now when you open a door.
