finally ran some wiring and fitted my amp/sub after a couple of hours of cuts, bruises, and a few electric shocks
Sure, we dont have to worry about viking raids or scurvy anymore, but instead we make a daily routine of sitting in flimsy, fibreglass (or metal) boxes full of gasoline which are propelled in opposing directions on the freeway at velocities matching that of low flying aircraft.

This is a roundabout way of saying that cars are dangerous....

Electric shocks from a 12V system? Click here to enlarge What you doing bro?!? Click here to enlarge lol...

But really... you shouldn't be getting any shocks except maybe the occasional tingle from a speaker-level output of a decent amplifier... but even this is only if you have a really local earthing point relative to the point of contact...

So... are you happy with the doof-doof result?? Click here to enlarge

'shocking' HIM or the car?!? The human body is too high in resistance; if you're getting shocked, something is definitely amiss.

On another note, I finished sorting out my SRi-T this morning. After a decent amount of fiddling, the new rear pads and rotors are on Click here to enlarge
