If you have spring compressors you should be able to fit them yourself, but you probably still need to get an alignment done to check things out.

    Lightened flywheel
    Courtenay Fast road clutch
    Quaife LSD
    Opel Rear Badge

Haven't revved it over about 3500 rpm yet only put about 20km's on it today as it had to pass a roadworthy.

Thinking i will take it to Castle Hill Exhaust to go on dyno there. as it is not far from uni.

Should be a good reliable package with about 180fwkw soon enough
Are you gonna do any track days with it?

Fronts is just 2 bolts holding strut in and a droplink nut. Clip in engine bay. Shocks are out.
    Swap springs over.

Rears just need to drop beam then swap springs out

Do you scrape kerbs and speed bumps on DAPR springs?

Nope its good to go great height for everywhere

I would suggest doing shocks and springs in one go, I took mine out 2 weeks later as it was harsh.

If your gonna do the springs for now I advise taking front shocks once removed to a shop to change springs over unless you have a compressor to compress the decent spring clamps.

There under a lot of tension once compressed.

thanks for your help mate! Much appreciated. I'll do just the springs for now and see how I go..If it's pretty bad I'll do the shocks.

Also, do I need the damper securing rings?

@mylifeasbenjamin if you do the shocks too make sure they put the nuts from the original shocks back on as most aftermarket suspension comes with a full ssize m12 nut and the top hat wont sit right in the bonnet. this is how mins is atm and i have been having a heap of trouble trying to source a slim m12 nut to replace it as holden have the wrong part number for that nut.
