Sure, we dont have to worry about viking raids or scurvy anymore, but instead we make a daily routine of sitting in flimsy, fibreglass (or metal) boxes full of gasoline which are propelled in opposing directions on the freeway at velocities matching that of low flying aircraft.
This is a roundabout way of saying that cars are dangerous....
So much for getting the hubs back today. The machinist stuffed a bearing up refitting it, which means I've gotta track down another bearing now. If this saga drags out too much longer, I may just have to chase down some CDTi Corsa/Combo knuckles or bite the bullet and get the M-Tech ones. I could've just used the conversion hubs, but in the interest of safety, I'm gonna have to ride this one out and do it properly.

yeah Mick, Evo was stock but mine is on coilovers. He was all over my arse after i jumped him at the start. I ended up making a mistake on the last corner and he got me up the inside. :/
that guy in the skyline was slower than me. i beat him off the line, but i started on the outside of the track. despite being ahead of him entering the chase, i conceded because he was stopping me taking the racing line. very pissed as during the driver briefing they told us if you were behind at that point you were to yield. my times were half a second faster than him on the rest of my runs.
My Recirc valve arrived today finally! It was the last part I've been waiting on. I have stuff on after work all of this week, but everything finishes up Friday so I should be able to start on the weekend.
