    how expensive is it to paint from the ground up?? i have access to a compressor and i have air spray painted in the past (remembering the flick at the ends to ensure a nice even coat)

    And you need to make sure the compressor is capable of supplying enough pressure while you paint. Most small compressors arent high enough pressure to keep a nice continous spray so you will get spluttering and spitting from the gun which will completely ruin your paint finish

    I had an accident today and caused a bit of damage..I'm pretty devastated in asking, but it it worth fixing judging by that, or is it just going to get to expensive..

    if the crumple zones where the reo bar sits and the slam panel under the bonnet haven't been damaged you could probably fix yourself for about the price your insurance excess would be.
    if they are damaged insurance would most likely make it a repairable write off.
    either case its not a hard job to fix.
