you only go into their store if you know what you want and you know what you are talking about. They have no patience for idiots or people who ummm and ahhh for 15 minutes. Customer service and politeness is 0 - but I couldnt give a shit because you can pick up stuff at 50% off what you would pay a retailer like Dick Smith or HN.
