    HID kits

    looking at getting a hid kit... anyone got one and whats the difference between them (come are like 150 some are 600 or more).
    anything will be helpful!

    Prices vary depending on what's in the kit. You can get them in low beam, high beam or a combination of both. You're also paying for brand, the most expensive being either Philips or Osram. Don't bother with the el-cheapo Chinese-made crap, they will die after a few months. Plus make sure you only fit them in projector/angeleye headlamps otherwise someone will do a road rage on you.

    I had my HIDs kit for nearly 1 year now, I have no issues with it what so ever, yes they are MADE IN CHINA, I paid $180 for the kit, you should say you get what you pay for Click here to enlarge

    i think the ones im gunna buy are from china (same as urs pete can u confirm?) shipped from the US tho
    Sure, we dont have to worry about viking raids or scurvy anymore, but instead we make a daily routine of sitting in flimsy, fibreglass (or metal) boxes full of gasoline which are propelled in opposing directions on the freeway at velocities matching that of low flying aircraft.

    This is a roundabout way of saying that cars are dangerous....

    i got 2 sets for my car. head lights and fog lights.
    did have a problem with one ballast. but just sent it back under warranty no problems.

    they are all pretty much made in asia these days, if not the parts are from there and just put together elsewhere. had mine in the veccy for ages now with no problem at all. just make sure you get ones that will work with the canbus system.
