how long have you owned the car for?

Had it for about year and a half...

All i've done is tinted the windows and put mags on it.
Ive got a turbo timer and blowoff valve but need to get them installed.

Do you know if they are both easy to install?

if i were you i wouldnt put the blow off valve on. I'd just stick a pod filter on and you'll get the blow off valve sound The stock airbox silences all noises that come from the engine so the stock blow off sound will never be heard.

Chris that posted in here before only has a pod filter and it makes the loudest "hatchu" noises. We also disconnected a tiny breather hose so now it has turbo flutter. Sounds soo hot

well... I should have came on here before i spent money on a blow off valve

BOV will need to be twin piston in order to work on a astra.

I have one and yes you get the noise by adding a pod filter but a BOV simply doubles that sound

What BOV do you have? Should only take 10 minutes if you have all the hardware.

I don't know the brand ..... but I got it from autobarn

I can't find it atm.... It must be in my car. The turbo timer is greddy .... only remember that because i opened the box and saw the instructions were all in japanese or chinese.

Yeah I might get them to do mine aswell..
