    Yeah, they drill the holes to the right PCD, (think mm difference), it's hardly even noticeable, then put the new inserts in.
    Best description i could give is that the inserts almost look like a bearing (think apec 3) that's sorta concave on one side so that the wheel bolts sit into them properly. Next time i take my wheel off i'll get a picture Click here to enlarge

    that would be greatClick here to enlarge is this normally charged extra? I am having a very hard time finding wheels that I like in the 5x110 offset and would like to consider taking this path...

    Ahh sweet, yeah it allows you full access to almost any range of wheel. Normally when you're spending $2k or so on wheels and tyres, the re-drilling is included in the price, at least it was for mineClick here to enlarge
