ps i voted yes, becasue i got air like the rav4 did (just not as much) and broke the same peice of plastic guard on my foz and thought it was funny.

Those were my fav bits too, hope next weeks episode is better with the VE and FG but i guess it won't be as good as the original!!! But i'm still gonna watch it, it's better than what i thought but they're giving it a go, i believe were the only country to try it!!

Wish they'd freakin showed us the test track layout, they just blurted out corners whenever the car was taking it!!!

Ummm I just read elsewhere that Australia is no longer allowed to show the original version (i.e. the new episodes).

i think it was good for a first show, as someone else said in here, once the hosts settle into their roles, and us veiwers get used to the hosts, then it will be enjoyable for us.
the track is apparently at camden in nsw (near campbelltown)
camden is a quiet sleepy town that has really only awoken in the last 10 or so years, so i can understand the airport is small, hence a small crap track. once the show takes off, sbs may invest further and move the track to a different venue, perhaps oran park or eastern creek.
guys lets face it, almost all aussie shows suck, lets just give this one a chance in the hope it turns into something we can all love.
it does have a very uk top gear feel to it in every aspect (even the old bloke sounds bloody pommy!)
i found myself laughing a few times and found it enjoyable.
i have voted yes.

other than that, it was put together well. lets see how the rest of the season goes

Totally agree, even my mum knows not to do a rev limiter check on a cold engine and she drives a Mitsu 380. Idiots, hope the rest of the eps are better although ill still watch them. You do that kinda shit to a loan/hire car, come on guys.
