Yes they do, can can even make a custome one of a kind kit for you if you like.

Just to give you an idea, this car was in the workshop at the time, you would never guess that it's a Proton Satria under all of that.

Don't know about an Astra, but here's what it would look like on a Calibra. I would love to get my hands on one of these kits.
