    Receiving alerts to my email

When i first signed up here, I thought it would be handy to see replies to threads, and have them sent to my inbox. Now when i open my inbox (my own personal one), it's full of Opelaus alerts. I have tried at least 3 times to go into settings and stop this from happening, but it hasn't worked. Can somebody turn off the alerts for me??

    Thanks

    Go to your UserCP
    List Subscriptions
    Select all
Down the bottom change the option to 'No Email Notification'
    Do that for all.

Or you can delete all the subscriptions. That works too

If its a hot mail i just have them set up to go into its own file I there is 12,995 emails in there. wen it gets to full I will delete the file and start is from blank again. Its nice to get it pop up in the corner on my msn so I know when to check.

    Thanks Pauly,

I did that now. But won't that just stop it for current threads/posts? I dont want any in the future either and cannot work out exactly where it says to stop it

    EDIT...

Might have just worked it out. In the section where it says do you want to know about feedback to threads etc, the drop down box says Do Not Subscribe, as well as No Email Notification. To me they seem to be the same thing. I think I was on Do Not Subscribe. Im now on No Email Notification.

    We'll see...
