No, just another informative link reinstating the fact that the 'natural order of the supercar World' has forever changed with the introduction of the R35 GTR.

It's actually an article on the Evo 10, but the above (still hard to swallow fact by some) is clearly brought home

I doubt it, if it's only stock standard - best will be mid 11's using it's computer assisted launch control, high 11's or flat 12's otherwise

Get set for the V-Spec, that looks like being a 10sec stormer straight out of the box

R35 GTR just ran 11.1 out at WSID stock except for a Hlatech computer with minor tune done to it with more tuning left to do on it, they gained 60xtra KW from the basic Haltech ECU.


11.1 is the fastest R35 in the world apparently(or is it AUS only Wraith?)

Yes, correct - that's is now the fastest 'official' drag strip time in the World for the new R35

This news will get around quick...what's worth noting is that the 0-100km/h time there should be a flat 3 or probably already broken into the 2sec zone WHAT A MACHINE

I believe there have already been numerous other faster runs, from Japanese tuners cars etc. but these have not been noted or broadcasted oficially - even the V-Spec prototypes are said to do 10's, only track lap times have been posted, in the GTR World apparantly track lap performance and times are far more important than straight line times - either way, the GT-R kicks arse

Like the new scratch resistant paint that's coming with the Aus spec GT-R and will follow across the Nissan range, the scratch dissolves in the paint, damn good for the shopping centre carpark wars!!!!
