Its for 403 error, you'll need to go into the html side of things and find the file that is disallowing normal access. Simple fix.
It Appears there has been a " Lock out" of some sort put on the Opelaus NSW forum. As soon as i can Get hold of an Admin (Noir or PaulyJ ) i will have it fixed .
Please be patient. At 1.30am this morning it was working fine.
Its happens between 1.30am and 10.30am sunday morning.
