    Mine does it all the time, probably every time I get in her, levels fine, runs fine guessing faulty sensor, I'll give her a once over after the weekend once I have moved and have a nice big garage to keep me dry whilst I tinker with her!!

    It's an extremely common fault, Holden just overfills the coolant, just a dodgy coolant sensor, can ignore it as much as you like

    Update on this, turns out the return inlet to the reservoir had a crack and I was actually leaking water, hard to find as it was under the tube but it finally gave way today and popped off, now back to Holden for a new water bottle.

    So it held up over 3 years ?! New they are quite expensive, get a second hand one.
