not sure if this has been considered, but what about a java chat room thingy built into the site? it could lower spam count and it would give people a place to talk live about stuff

maybe host the chat room elsewhere so if the site experiences downtime again, we can still chat.

it was, but that was a long time ago.

at the moment, the forum software needs an upgrade - we will have to tackle that first and then look at adding modules to it then (reason why we're getting a whole lot of bots signing up and posting crap)

a shoutbox/chat room will be considered.

Its setup like it is, so that if your following the thread, you dont have to sort though all the old posts to get the new ones.
