The suspension on the MPS3 was not standard and was flown in on wed before the race...they didnt have enough time to set it up.
Well, that was a silly decision wasn't it? Click here to enlarge And how do you feel knowing that Australia doesn't get the best MPS3 suspension setup Click here to enlarge

The suspension fitted to the Bathurst MPS was no doubt Aftermarket, something like Mazdaspeed Coilovers or the like.

The suspension on the Australasian spec 3-MPS is unique to our market and is best suited to our road conditions. So im guessing he feels quite happyClick here to enlarge

Well maybe you need to do some research or head over to any mazda forum and get the facts.

Also...the Japanses spec model...only has a top speed of 180km/h <due to their rules> and therefore has a different dash.. speedo only goes to 200.

Do you think just becoz the car is made in Jap...they only make 1 model...geezz.

Mazda make different models.. the US version has extras fitted to it that we dont even see here in Australia. Becoz all markets across the world are different and it would be really silly to make only 1 model.

Do opel give you the same suspension as the cars they sell in UK and Europe...ummm NO.

    Cheers

You are quoting "features" not changes in suspension tune etc.
PLease provide the link with an explanation about the difference in the suspension tune between a US spec MPS3 and a Oz version.

Also, provide a link stating how the Astra H CD 1.8L suspension tune is different to, lets say, the UK version.

Where did you guys get the information of the Turbo letting go ?????
Have a read of Auto Action. The car ran 2.5 hours before pitting. Reason for DNF is the Computer failed.

Holden said they suspected a blown turbo, obviously it was not.
