I'm only running 512Mb(2x256Mb) & I need 1Gb atleast for Vista.

its only home premium actually, i would of installed ultimate but i dont need it.
i biult a new machine to put vista onto.
AMD X2 6000+ (3GHz Dual Core)
2GB DDR2 RAM (thinkin of putting in another 2GB )
GeForce 8500GT (512MB Video, 1008MB virtual video ram)
oh almost fogot, about 1.5Tb of hard drive space

machine gets a 5 on Vista's rating thingy
