he he....on my last visit to Poland i saw something similar on Polish TV, made\designed in Poland...
i also heard few amazing stories where a number of well of people with their very expensive BMW and Merc's (recently purchaseed or imported to Poland) had their cars "highjacket" using a table top tow trucks, then opened using similiar device and a video tape sent to owners in order to demand "safe return" payment...if the money is not received in say 7 days the car is then "spotted" being driven (few months later) in Russia or Turkey
