    Removing head unit and stuff

    Hey all,

i'm REALLY noob with cars but i been working summer, gots extra monies and wanna put in a sound system. its a 2002 astra, CD model. everything stock ><

i'm trying to remove the head unit and radio so i can get to the wiring and all. can anyone help me with this or know anywhere with any tutorials or anything? i been looking on net all day.

some guys say its really easy to remove the head unit like "unscrew this... poke that out, pop this and lalalalal" but i have no idea! i already scratched the leather around the head unit four times *cries*

yeah ahhahah but any help will be appreciated

can you give us some hints? what sort of headunit is it?> pics? models etc would be all great!!!

you'll probably need the standard ford/philips removal tool, otherwise known as a coat hanger
