If you don't send this e-mail to at least 144,000 people in the next 7
minutes, a large pigeon with a wicked case of diahorrea will land on your
head at 6 :00PM (EST) this afternoon. I know this will occur because it
actually happened to a friend of my next door neighbour's ex-mother-in-law's
second husband's cousin's beautician.

This is really an argument that gets hard.
The gain is around 10kw. Cost will depend on a large number of factors. It will be between $400-800. This is very dependant on a few important factors. It is very hard to know for sure at this point. If you think it will be $200 just because it is a 1.8L and not a turbo, forget it. Just won't happen.
If we were to buy everything we need to do chiptuning for most Opels, we are looking at an investment $12,000. So I'm sure you can understand that tunes will not be free.!!! We are looking at what we can do to minimize costs and make it really affordable for OA members.
Just stay tuned.
is that gain on a stock car or with a few mods,
if i do some engine work are we able to tune the ecu to deal or will it be matter of one tune that were all goin 2 have the same?

Can't say at this point.
All I can say is that the file we use for th SRiT is capable of "absorbing" a lot of mods.
