Nope. As much as I would like it to be under my desk, Optus do not allow servers running on broadband. Besides, the outgoing data rates are not enough for us.
We have a pretty good service for a very reasoable rate. And they have very good tech support.
ok so the webspace and stuff you get if you pay the 15 a year is not from you either but from the same ppl that do this site yeah?

It's space on the server I pay for yes. The plan I got for OA has 1.5 gig webspace and 50gig traffic per month.
We are on the Gold Plan.
I don't really understand what you are trying to say. The provider does not build this site. I do. I "rent" space on their servers in the USA. They only supply the server and applications to run a website. I supply all the content.
These are the costs since I took over the domain last year.

Thanks to the generosity of members, I have recovered $555 to date. This pretty good. Like I have said before, all funds raised go back into this site and domain.
