Hard part would be the electronics behind where the needle is pointing to what colour the leds will be.

Provided the needle mounting holes are the correct size, they should mount straight up, finding a power source won't be difficult...
Only hard part would be the re-installation of the dash, mine was anyway a real pain the rear to get back on LOL :)
The other thing I would suggest is to be careful when removing the original needles and then fitting these new ones on in the correct position so as o maintain an accurate zero position...
Go for it and post up some pics ;)
Yeah they should fit. If not, I wont be too worried. :)
I've removed and installed my speedo like 10 times now, I can get it out and in, in a couple of minutes haha.
I've also removed me needles before. I had to, to install my plasma dials. It was quite hard to take off, but using a fork made it much easier. Also if you turn your key a little bit (dont start engine) it zeros out the needles anyway, so I just pop the needs on then.
I was just thinking... if they are too bright, I might get something like this...

I haven't installed the LEDs yet, but can confirm the needles fit. But I did have to trim the long needles a tiny bit, I just cut the end off with scissors as the plastics pretty soft.
