Not bad value for fully synth 5w-30 oil, unfortunately most stores are out of stock!
I managed to grab the last 4 after the local repco ordered a second lot in :)

Supercheap auto have regular similar sales :)
cheap..but not a oil i would recommond in your car for our climate.
its too thin bro...
My handbook says 10W-30 for the car,so stick to the 10W-30(in SYD)?
yeah just stick to what the manual says.
Should always follow the manufacturers recommendation in oil grade...
Most even for high performance cars are 10W-30 or 40 and some newer ones even use 0W-30 or 40 oils.
If you go to an oil with a greater range, it will be of benefit, but not mandatory :)
Extreme cases of say race engines are a different story, my old Chev 350 powered race car engine was run on 40W-70 Penrite oil as that was what was recommended by the performance shop that built it...but there's no way you'd run that grade in normal or even in a hi po street engine :)
yeah but the rocker seal on the older style Opel 4 pot is rubbish and if the cover gets warped even slightly it can be a real bitch to control. You need a good silicone cement to have a chance and with a less viscose oil the problem just gets worse.
well i havnt changed seals just oils and no more leaks:cool:
