Wheel Refurbs
I'll be putting my wheels in for a refurb very soon as I've decided not to go for alternatives, so I thought I'd get opinions.
I'm thinking metalic gunmetal for the interior of the rim, then a nice bright flat gloss silver (much like standard) for the outside, and then either a thin decal around the edge in red or blue, OR go for alloy-gators, OR get the wall of the tyre colored (same color options)
Anyone got any other thoughts?

More than one colour will cost more money. Esp if you want a decent job. I reakon go one colour. Especially if you need to touch up in future it will be easier.
I did a set for another member recently. Was a custom paint. Very metallic gun metal. Depending on light they would either be black, silver or gold.

*like* but don't want to do anything that's the same as someone else. Stealing their thunder and all...
Also, I'm doing them 2 wheels at a time since I can't have all 4 off at once!

Gunmetal grey FTW! I saw somebody in Northbridge on Saturday night with gloss black Penta's but they just didn't do it for me :( Probably somebody off here dont know who tho lol! Anyway I reckon gunmetal grey wouod look sweet on a set of Penta's!!! Or maybe black chrome ;) loving the Penta's in dark grey actually ha ha :D

how about bronze
that's pretty individual, but can look sweet if done well

That's not bad, but keep in mind the color of my car, it's black with a hint of purple that shines out every now and then when the sun hits it on a certain angle. I'm not sure bronze would have the wow factor I'm chasing.
I'm thinking Gunmetal with metallic flakes in it now...
