Another +1 for the RE002's. Been great on my car, no loss of grip, even spirited driving through the spur with cars on the Pilot Sport i felt i had more grip than them.

[QUOTE=Raist;803060what is the rough tread life on them, with some occasional 'ginger' moments included..[/QUOTE]
I say somewhere between these two figures below
20,000km .................................................. ..............................................80,0 00km
|---------------------------------------------------------------------------------|
I'm not kidding either.
:eek6: ..... oh... well that's a fair gap, BUT, a lot longer (if treated right) span than I was expecting. I'm a little more used to asking about tyres and being told if daily >40
I'm going to see what I can do to twist the minister of finances' arm into allowing this >before< the trip *as I'll no doubt hear about 'if you don't drive it so hard the ones we have will be fine.* to which my reply would be, 'we may as well fly there and back if I'm not allowed to drive the roads I picked out the way I want to.' .... mind you she drives the same way, taught her myself :aureola:
It depends heavily on how you drive/treat them, but the wear life of the Re002 should be good for a performance tyre.
Good afternoon all.
In case anyone is not aware, Bridgestone is having a sale until the end of this month:

I think the prices are quite good, especially compared to the equivalent Michelins.
So for anyone needing/wanting some new RE002s or PZ-Xs etc., looks like now is the time to go for them!
^^^ RE002's ftw. I cant recommend them enough after running them on my car
How do RE002s compare to the Michelin pilots that @guy 27has? I'm needig some new tyres soon as my maxxis are almost thread less lol
We have Michelin pilot sports on the SRi and they handle really well. Not sure what they are like price wise though
anyone know the size of the stock mk4 turbo alloys?
