Warranty: 12 Mouths warranty ???? lol
slow hard drive 5400rpm, should be 7200rpm minimum for an i7 and I never like memory that isnt paired, ie, 2gig + 4 gig or 1gig + 4gig runs better with 4gig + 4gig (8gb)but overall for an i7 is pretty good and I believe the beats audio sound is excellent.
again no point with the i7... its purely for wank factor unless your gaming or video/photo editing. the hard drive will be your bottleneck here.
I can't recommend a particular spec but I can say you should def have a look on Graysonline
Cheap computers and lappys and random stuff like http://www.graysonline.com/sale/9000...ck-up?spr=true
I've bought heaps of crap from here. Feel like a vulture snooping on the repo auctions though:ninja:
ok i think ive found the one i'll be getting. seems to have all the bells and whistles

Seems pretty good. Should do the job well! Good battery life also.
HDMI is very handy for cinavia on movies. Or blowing it up on the tv.
Good memory, hard drive speed for that little bit of extra performance and dedicated graphics which doesn't use system ram. Make sure its not to big and heavy and that the warranty is from when you bought it. IMO ide buy it from a shop in person so in the unlikely event something happens you can take it back to them. Like centercom or injury or Harvey Norman etc.
Great specs for the money
