next year ill have alot of m,ooney and nothing to spend it on so hopefully ill have this astra going a bit harder... (keep in mind i got P plate laws) so no turbo. ill have a fast NA but hopefully. and yeh im gona check out some of those cars now

sprtlines will drop by around 35-40mm genereally
-
sportline (is up to 50mm) will lower quite drastically
prokit is meant to be 30mm
*waits for someone to confirm if sportline keep legal height for on road use*
in terms of performance there is really only Extractors/Exhaust, Improving induction (de-restrict airbox, panel filter/pod) and even thinking about a tune by auzvectra

Checked the RTA...
A vehicle or combination must have a ground clearance of:
a. at least 100mm at any point within 1 metre of an axle; and
b. at least one-thirtieth of the distance between the centres of adjacent axles at the mid-point
between them; and
c. at any other point - at least the distance that allows the vehicle or combination to pass over
a peak in a road, the gradient on either side of which is 1:15, when the wheels of one axle
of the vehicle or combination are on the slope on one side of the peak and the wheels
of the next axle are on the slope on the other side
Hope that helps.

cheers for that i think im just gona go the pro's. i dont want it on the ground anyway :P

the sportline will push it just under the legal limit.
the prokit keeps it just above the limit, i had kings and it sat dead on the limit, i put the eibachs in and it lifted it about 5mm. so the sportline would be about 5-15mm under the limit.
the pod would be beta, but just doing the airbox is more legal ;).
the pod is fine as long as it's sheilded from the heat of the engine bay, as it's an oiled filter it "could" ignite. well thats what the laws say newayz ;).
also they "can" book you for too much induction noise, so just dont boot it near them :D.
who says u need to turbo it to go hard ;).

true i dunno what ill do ill see. ill be keen on a remap at the end of this year toward the start of next year i reckon or whenever i get the money... and also another question... how much is the general price to pay for colour coding or is it easy to do yourself?
-
around the 200-400 mark depending where you go, and how much you want done. glider got his done for 200 recently which was front lip extention and side skirts, and the bump strips. ur bump strips and door handles would prob be less.

the price racks up aye haha.. but thats alright ill have plenty next year
