Yesterday watched new wheels.
Car is dirtier than ever thanks to the roads, but I bought a present for it that should arrive in a few weeks. I'll let you know what it is when it's here!
For the most part there's nothing really interesting to report. I'm trying to save for a workshop so I've got some kind of place to work on cars that isn't exposed to the elements.
C20LET removed from Calibra with box, transfer box and drive shafts still attached, it had made its way to a storage shed, it will under go a rebuild and then find its way under the hood of my track Car Corsa B

Been a bit slack and not posted much since registering so thought I'd throw some post together here.
After much reading about the grief of the M32 gearbox design and how 6th gear manages to spin it's way out of the gearbox housing, decided it would be sensible to prolong the inevitable and replace the gearbox fluid with some Penrite 75w-90 Full Synthetic.
Shifting into 6th prior to the oil change would sometimes give some resistance before it finally slotted in. No noises just some gentle resistance halfway into gear (synchro maybe?)
Oil level was a little low in that nothing came out of the level plug when removed and oil that drained out was a bit dark and smelly.
Fresh fluid in and seems to have fixed the resistance shifting into 6th gear, will see how it goes over the next few weeks.
