Yep..
That I am..
I do. Auzvectra welded up the flange onto the SR20DET manifold ages ago for me. Ask him if you need one, he could do one for you also, I highly recommend him. Here's an old pic of the turbo, sorry I don't have a newer one, but the living in HK thing makes it hard when the car and parts are in Sydney. :(

The reason I took the garret off was I wasn't happy with the way it was fitting and I had an oil leak from the oil return (hence the purchase of new oil fittings and lines).
So I purchased a new M18x1.5 fitting with washer & o-ring (can choose which to use apparently depending on fitting distance to the block), an Earls 90 degree AN10 fitting, Earls Pro-Lite AN10 line and an Earls AN10 straight fitting to match the Function7 oil drain fitting on the bottom of the turbo (see above pic).
The manifold worked well (and will be for sale soon actually, interested??), but I wasn't 100% happy with the fit because I am using ARP manifold studs and nuts, which seem to be slightly smaller than the stock ones. So I purchased a new manifold and flange plate to make a new one.
This is the manifold I bought yesterday(store picture as I don't have it yet):

As for the flange, you can see it sitting on top of the crank girdle next to the Wiseco pistons, cams, ARP studs, head gasket, bearings and Phenolic intake gasket I bought in the picture below...
