While trying to tighten the tophat bolts one has snapped clean through the middle. Half of the bolt is still attatched to the manifold and it wont budge. Is there a way of getting it out? Any home remedies?

if there's any part still protudring out the top you can cut into it then use a screwdriver to turn it.
Short of that, a drill bit smaller than the screw, drill out the centre and you can essentially pull the remaining thread out once the core is gone.
take a photo of the bit that left
i'm yet to be defeated by a snapped bolt
have gotten every one of those suckers
my fav methods are a good set of vice grips
or drill a hole and hammer in a torx bit
top hat is held by 4 bolts?
u could probably get away with 3 for now
You could always get a set out exyouts or however you spell it. Similar to what Ain said but you drill a hole about 1/2 way in then put the exyout bit in and turn till it grabs then keep going. It's a reverse thread.
how hard is it to take out the part the top hat bolts onto?
intake manifold im assuming?
