Although the Staff of OpelAus will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and neither the owners of OpelAus, nor Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd. (developers of vBulletin) will be held responsible for the content of any message.

"You agree that you will not use this Forum to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, (this includes nude images or those of a pornographic nature as deemed by us), threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any laws as amended from time to time. You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or you have obtained the written consent of the copyright owner which is available for inspection by us, prior to the submission of the post."

We reserve the right to forward any information which we have on you (including your known IP address(es) and email address) to other forum owners. Further offences (including attempts to post under a new username) will lead to us reporting your activities to your system administrator - whether this be your ISP, your educational establishment, or your employer. We also reserve the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you.

Staff decisions are final in these matters - please remember that this forum is not provided as a right, but as a privilege. As a privately owned and operated website, we are not covered by 'Freedom Of Speech' legislation.

We have a duty to all of our members to ensure that this is a pleasant place to post, and if someone persists on breaking the above rules, we are left with no alternative but to remove their posting rights. The owner and delegated Staff of OpelAus reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason without consultation.
