Very cool, lets hope it will be taken seriously by global markets.

Sub 5 sec to 100 in a car that heavy, now that’s quick.

Those taillights? .

It's about time V8 HSV's achieved this level of performance straight off the showroom floor....... high 4's to 100km'h and flat 13's over the 1/4 fantastic !

Whats a FPV Typhoon do 0-100 in ??? I hope that the HSV Can Munch it and spit it out now. Now that would be Awesome to see.
Then i can give it to my cousin about buying a Tornado FPV F6 Ute. I have a feeling that HSV have a lot more power up there Sleeves in the new LS2 but are being very Reserved with the Power output.

Rumour has it there is a 6.2L version of the V8 available in the future for the SS.

HSV may put the Z06 sourced 7L into a range topping vehicle.

0-400m (claimed): 13.23 seconds (manual), 13.18 seconds (automatic)
Fuel consumption: 15.1L/100km (manual), 14.6L/100km (automatic)

so 400kms/60L and only a 13sec 1/4 :(

Read Wheels... They claim to have more in the " HSV Toybox" with engine and transmissons.
