Corsa B Redline?

Since the corsa B doesn't come with a tacho, I've put one in, but where does it's redline start?

4500? or 5500?

all i know is it starts bouncing at 6k... LOL
i've got my red starting at 5, shiftlight coming on at 5200

My shift comes on about same, also 6 - 8 = bouncing.

Q for j00, i put blue LED's in the time, date, temp thingy, but didnt want to take steering wheel off for cluster access, how did u install ur blue backlight in there :confused:

in a few days ill have a lot of pics showing completely how to change every bulb in the barina to LEDs, im also in brissie so i can give u a hand if u like

its really easy to take that cluster off.
when you turn the steering wheel, you'll notice 2 screws behind it. undo them.
undo the screws on the bottow of the column and take it off.
once done, unscrew the ones holding the dash surround, take it out, then the same with the cluster.

Clint - That will be an awesome guide!, hope its up soon, checked out ur site and seems u can do quite a few things with LEDs ;)

PaulyJ - I got to those screws when i did my other LEDs but was worried bout the airbag deploying if i messed with the wheel :confused: , also when i tried to remove the headlight switch the actual knob broke off had to replace dat last week $45.40 from Holden (cuz it couldnt click back in and therefore was grounding the interior lights and my alarm), car pretty much though doors were open when they weren't so i had no alarm for a while :mad: , I also broke off the Hazzard switch and now i have a yellow bulb constantly on :( , also i couldnt replace the centre console proply and it sticks out a few mm now :eek: , these were the reasons y i gave up on my blue LED install !!

LOL hammer didnt fix my dash, neways i c there is a thread on lighting etc already, any further Q&A ill post there :cool:
