What is the maximum amount you can claim on the Network Q extended warranty? I was told by the service dept that it is $1000. So if I had to get stuff fixed and the total cost was $1200, it would be $200 out of my own pocket.
Is this true? Is that limit per claim or for the whole life of the warranty? Doesn't make sense if its limited to $1000 for the whole 3 years but just want to get things cleared up. If so, I could get one part fixed for under $1000 then go back another day to fix the other part and not have to pay a cent out of my own pocket. Does that work?
