As the title says I have a good friend of mine who has worked for Vauxhall for about 15-16 years and is a fully Vauxhall trained mechanic.

He's looking to work in the Brisbane area..........

So if you know of any Holden dealers in the area or have web addys for them so he could contact them it would be appreciated. (especially if he's successfull in his move and invites me over to finally meet some of you guys & gals)

there used to be a mechanic at motorama springwood that moved from the uk and he was one of the only that really knew about the cars, he didnt just go look up the problem on the computer then come tell us that they have never heard of that problem before! it seems that australian mechanics know little about these cars.. is good to get some uk mechanics with the expreience thats needed

i have taken my astras into a few Vxl dealerships and have some technicians know little about the engines in the H, the VXR has been the interesting one for many of us owners over here lmfao
i only take mine to my tuner who is also a Vxl service centre and run there own development astra VXR.
