Hey,

I have an 04 barina. anyone know where the paint code is located?

i had a look under the bonnet but theres too many numbers etc!

The plate with the paint code is on this plate on the strut tower on the left looking from the front. Got this off the Corsa-C forum. The red circled number is the code.

doesnt look anything like the plate the panel beater got my code from when he colourmatched for my grille.
Its a small plate, riveted on the radiator support panel, prior to painting the chassis in factory, its the same colour as the car.
Its about 3"x2" and just full of codes no words at all eg colour=XXX engine=XXX nothing


opel for some reason has about 6 different codes for sapphire black

Same for Star Silver, the reason for this is because there are actually a few different Star Silvers. They are all called Star Silver but actually differ slightly, don't know what the logic in that is.

all the holens say... paint###### engine ##### etc

vectras is on the compliance plate just next to the bonnet catch.

my car says C137 which is capricorn mica. i've had several pressure packs made up at paint shops and i just tell them C137 and its all good. my cars colour also needs a clear coat over the paint

ditto, without the clear, mine is just like a flat black.

on both of those sheets its shows 'spahhire black' as...

2HU and 20R

Mine according to the pic above has 20R on the placard!

and 157 = Star Silver III

ditto, without the clear, mine is just like a flat black.

for some reason, I always thought your car was red :)
