all the bits for my new deck are on order so they seeker wires will be gone in the very near future. Its not that spectacular but i have some boot space back, and for that i am happy

i have to admit i've slept in there once. Wasn't too bad actually. All i need to do is get a piece of foam/rubber stuff cut to size and cover that with something and i'll have a total bed.

I spose i could see if I could get a matching Opel Quilt or something. lol :P

false floors are the best, hides everything neatly away, no wires hanging out which is ugly and also dangerous

i like my boot setup, i have a sub, 2 amps, and havent really lost any room. i can still fit everything in, including the occasional 16 bowling balls, bags shoes and the rest of the stuff (car pooling to bowling tournents can sometimes be hard!)

built the sub and amp boxes myself, cost me no more than about $70 for everything to make both of them.

DIY all the way fellas!!!!!

i definately, i couldnt see myself paying someone else to do it when i can do it myself, also ive heard a lot of times about people paying for installations and having the installers take shortcuts or do a dodgy job, wires hanging out etc

Plus you get the satisfaction of knowing that alot of YOUR OWN hard work went into it. Nothing like blood, sweet and tears.

...and having no one to blame but yourself if you suddenly smell smoke in the car ;)

but as long as u know what your doing things should be fine, and in most cases thats what fuses are for, they should blow before the time of smoke
