Hi guys,

Just thought I would say hello and post some pics of my car.
It's nothing special, just a stock 96 Barina.

Hi - welcome dude :)

any plans for the car?

At the moment I don't really have any plans.
As soon as I bought it we replaced the stereo with a kenwood mp3 player with ipod adapter, VDO splits in the front doors and Pioneer 2 ways in the rear.

I have been looking into getting an irmscher roof spoiler (or something similar), possibly a set of 15s and I'm also considering replacing all of the dash lights with blue LEDs.
I just lost $15,000 modifying my old car (1984 Nissan 300zx Turbo) so I am a little reluctant to do any major modifications, plus the reason we bought the car was for the fuel ecconomy. (This car cost half of what the Nissan cost to run)

modding cars is a bottomless money pit

I wouldn't mind doing the badboy bonnet and angel eyes either.

Can see you have the same problem with wear on the gear boot as me... :p

Might look into some options for that

Hmm I see your reluctance, and yeah I guess it's a bottomless pit.

Definitely go for the blue led's though :)

Exactly, Except I will do the heater controls as well.
Already been in there three times since I bought it, so now that I know what I'm doing it is really easy.

Heater controls are getting done soon, just need to find the bloody time

I'm pretty sure it was the photos of your car that made me want to do the blue LEDs. That photo looks familiar anyway.

Did you get the lights from the UK or local?
