help needed on price for sri astra 03

my friend found a sri astra 03 dat he wants to buy and asked me to help him negotiate cause he sux at it!
its a 2.2 manual w/ grey leather seats power everything sunroof 24,000Km has been in 1 crash 8months ago that mainly body damage n a coolin fan got 4months holden warrenty left.
Car looks n drives gr8, only thing i need help wif is da price! after 4hrs of talkin on and off cant make him budge from $16,500.
wats a good buy 4 this car????
