HELP!!! - Car wont start

Hi all

I took my ECU out on Monday night, was going to try and get it open to put my powerchip in.. Had no joy.. So I put it all back together and put it back in, and plugged it back in, then reconnected the battery.. let it sit for a minute then tried to start the car.. and nothing.. it was trying to start, just wouldnt turn over.. Does anybody know what the problem could be? i didnt damage the ECU in anyway, all I did was pull it out of it the metal box.. It was out of the car for approx 48 hours..

Hmm, maybe you will have to take it back to that mechanic who kept your car for months on end :p

Have you tried looking for any dirt or anything blocking it? :D ...

yes there was crap in the plug, not the ecu but the plug in the car.. serves me right for doing it at night with a tiny little light..

lol unfortunatley it is working again.. and no crispy you didnt know the solution lol..

note to self.. dont work on the car with little to no light..
