it will be interesting to see what the power output is by the time it hits our shores...

Now thats a serious performance car...

Pitty it's still a Mazda with sandwich wrapping door skins...!!!

nice car!

hope they release it in sedan version, as IMO the sedan looks better than the hatch.

in the MPS 6, the sedan doesn't look as good as the normal hatch.

wonder what pricing it will be at.

i think sub 35k

and if it was all wheel drive it would be a killer.

i like this and if its at the right price i think it will take off really well.

although i have heard that the sp23 have real bad axel tramp even in normal driving conditions.

so about $5k more than the SP23..

that sounds like a good deal..

soo many new performance cars at a reasonable prices.. must resist changing cars.

my personal goal in the next 3 years is to retain the SriT and buy a used M3 or Cayman. .. hopefully the E46 M3 will drop to say 70,000ish.., cayman being porsche should have exceptional resale = too $$ for me

I dont think anyone will anyway...it doesn't really have much on offer.

We seen one at WSID, ran 15's all night, there are better bang for bucks out there.

Very nice, pity as someone else said it won't be AWD.

But then again that would make it heavier and slower and much more expensive.

This thing will have to power to weight to easily beat the VXR as well, being a 2.3ltr upgrades will put it to well over 200kw with remapping alone.........

Interesting choice - have to wait and see if it's released as a sedan, I too reckon the sedan looks heaps better than the hatch.

I heard somewhere that the MPS 6 had to have its chassis strengthened because the engine caused the chassis to warp or something?? I somehow think this thing is going to torque steer quite alot.

its a 4 door eh. be quite a nice car i recon. fair bit of power. did the mps6 seriousely only do 15's? thats not very impresive is it. look quite nice though.

Dosn't surprise me the Mazda 6 mps does 15's - 190kw and around 1670kg or something like that - 15's sounds about right.

But in the smaller lighter Mazda 3 it'll run heaps better, despite FWD.

We'll have to wait and see until it's released.
