Hey all,

I am going to use this thread to post pics and updates about my car! Please feel free to leave comments (good and bad) and some opinions on what else I should do!!!

I still have alot of plans and things to do so don't worry if you think its half done ;)

I took off the bumper, and had to cut out the plastic moulds that were in the bumper from standard. Once they were out I cut the old tabs off around the area and used 'Sikaflex' in a cork gun to glue the mesh! I was happy with the end results ;)

Also the boot isn't 100% finished yet, still gotta put some bits in and tidy it up a bit!

yeah i posted about the mesh idea a while back on the uk site, then searched here and seen you had it also. looks good though ;)

mags prob next, then see how low i can go. not sure about the sunvisor sticker?

i actually dont mind the drift / rally / race spec wheels, lol! I even sprayed them in 'gloss black' so they look better :D

if you dont have carpet at the back, what is there? and the board was made out of mdf and then covered in red vinyl. i just used the child seat bolts to mount it aswell ;)

i wana get mags before i lower it so i know how low i can go. also eyelids would be good!

i wana finish off my exhaust soonish and also get a k&n panle filter :) might be the end of the mods there though :(

The grey ones on the backs of the seats, wonder if that was an 'update' thing or just mine are missing. Just checked the sales brochure, none in any of the pics, got the holes though.

Anyone pre-facelift want to confirm rear seats back carpets?
Anyone want to sell theirs (inc the clips)?
Anyone able to price from GM (inc. the clips)?

In the UK this is also the case the Pre face lift and lower spec current model are minus the carpet.

there isnt really any were else to put it unless you stick it on the sub box.

just a thought- wat about painting your MDF and ac controls red to match the sub and seat cover? just an idea seeing as u didnt get the silver trim

The all you need is red LED dashlight, MFD and a/c control kit and your car will look sweet...i have the complete blue LED kit...looks good..but hurts your eyes when you drive for 9hrs @ night back from sydney.

Yeah the amp def makes the seat alot heavier to get up and down! And the sub box weighs heaps! Makes the car sit better i spose ;)

Nah it can go forward and back slightly from factory, and in the pic with the seat back a bit its better to see the amp!

Nice wheels there. there 17's right?

They are 'Neepier Titans' and are a multi 4-stud in 4 x 100 and 4 x 4.143. they are 17 x 6.5 with 205x40x17" 'Wanli' tyres.

What do you mean by kit? The you mean the silver ones in the upper models?

I want to get the white dials with red led lights, so i will do that all at once!

17 X 6.5....hmm weird..are you sure...

mine are ANZ Niepers.. and are 17 X 7.5 EST42 with 205/40 R17 W84 merit tyres...with nearly 80K on them and still got some tread left..

yeah they are 6.5" wide and still have the 205's on them so thats all good!

also with it only being 6.5" wide i should be able to lower it more.

Not stickers....actual fibreglass eyelids from south africa...just painted and attached..the badge around my mirror is off a 1984 Opel Manta...so just added to car for more BLING appeal.
